公司專業(yè)從事各種鑄造及鍛造業(yè)務(wù)，鑄鋼工藝有失蠟鑄造（水玻璃工藝）和樹脂砂工藝，可生產(chǎn)幾十克到500kg的鑄鋼件；鑄鐵工藝有粘土砂自動(dòng)造型線一條，有覆膜砂工藝，可生產(chǎn)球鑄QT450~QT600，可鍛鑄鐵、灰鐵HT200~HT350等各種鑄鐵件；
公司模鍛（熱鍛）有100T~1000T,生產(chǎn)線4條，可生產(chǎn)幾十克到十多公斤的各種鍛件；
公司壓鑄車間主要從事鋁合金壓鑄，有280T、500T、800T，壓鑄生產(chǎn)線三條；
我司擁有光譜分析儀、三坐標(biāo)測量、物理性能、金相等較完整的檢測設(shè)備，通過IATF16949體系認(rèn)證，產(chǎn)品主要服務(wù)于汽車、機(jī)械、通信、照明、五金工具等行業(yè)客戶。

The company covers an area of more than 30000 square meters and has a workshop of 18000 square meters.
The company is specialized in all kinds of casting and forging business. The casting process includes lost wax casting (sodium silicate process) and resin sand process, which can produce steel castings from dozens of grams to 500kg; the cast iron process has a clay sand automatic molding line, and a coated sand process, which can produce various kinds of iron castings such as nodular cast iron QT450 ~ QT600, malleable iron, gray iron HT200 ~ ht350, etc;
The company's die forging (hot forging) has 100t ~ 1000t, 4 production lines, can produce dozens of grams to more than 10kg of various forgings;
The company's die-casting workshop is mainly engaged in aluminum alloy die-casting, with 280t, 500t, 800t, three die-casting production lines;
